1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Hunter IGA Express, located at 4077 West State Route 122, Franklin, Ohio 45005 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the State of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and household members) are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion consists of one (1) monthly drawing conducted each month through end of January 2027, plus one (1) grand prize drawing conducted at the conclusion of the promotion period.
Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the last calendar day of that same month.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY — FREE METHODS OF ENTRY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Limit one (1) free entry per person per day, regardless of entry method.
A. In-Store Free Entry (No Purchase Required)
Visit the store during normal business hours and request a free entry slip from the cashier.
Complete the entry slip legibly with all required information and submit it into the designated entry box.
No purchase is required.
B. Mail-In Free Entry (No Purchase Required)
To enter by mail, hand-print your full name, phone number, and address on a 3" × 5" card and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last calendar day of the applicable month and received by the Sponsor no later than the fifth (5th) calendar day of the following month.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day.
Each mail-in entry must be submitted in a separate envelope.
Multiple entries mailed in the same envelope, bulk mailings, or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified.
Mail-in entries have equal odds of winning.
The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or postage-due mail.
5. Monthly Entry Reset
All entries are valid only for the month in which they are submitted.
Entries do not carry over from month to month. A new month requires new entries.
Entries may be retained for administrative and recordkeeping purposes only for up to two (2) months, after which they may be discarded.
6. Entry Limits
Limit one (1) entry per person per day.
Attempts to submit multiple entries in a single day, submit bulk entries, use false or fictitious information, or enter under multiple identities will result in disqualification.
7. Monthly Prize — $500 in Free Groceries
One (1) winner will be selected each month to receive $500 in store credit or a Hunter IGA Express gift card, redeemable only at Hunter IGA Express, 4077 West State Route 122, Franklin, Ohio 45005.
The form of prize issuance (store credit or gift card) will be determined by the Sponsor.
Prize Use
The monthly prize may be used toward the purchase of:
Eligible grocery items
Gas or fuel sold by Hunter IGA Express
Excluded Items
The prize may NOT be used toward:
Lottery tickets
Alcoholic beverages
Tobacco products
Vape or e-cigarette products
Bill pay services
Money orders
Gift cards or prepaid cards
Any age-restricted, regulated, or financial products
Any items otherwise restricted by law or store policy
The prize is not redeemable for cash, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged or substituted.
Any unused portion has no cash value.
Monthly Winner Limitation
Each individual may win the $500 monthly grocery prize only once during the entire promotion period.
8. Grand Prize — $1,000 in Gas
At the conclusion of the promotion period, one (1) grand prize winner will be selected to receive $1,000 in gas, redeemable only at Hunter IGA Express.
Grand Prize Eligibility
Eligibility for the grand prize is limited exclusively to the monthly $500 grocery prize winners.
Each $500 grocery prize winner will receive one (1) entry into the grand prize drawing
Individuals who win or participate in bonus or promotional drawings are not eligible for the grand prize unless they are also a $500 grocery prize winner
A participant may win the $500 grocery prize only once
A participant may win the $1,000 gas grand prize only once
The grand prize is not redeemable for cash, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be redeemed at Hunter IGA Express. Additional restrictions apply per store policy and law.
9. Bonus Drawings
The Sponsor may conduct bonus or promotional drawings throughout the year.
Winning the $500 monthly grocery prize does not disqualify a participant from bonus drawings.
However, bonus drawings do not provide eligibility for the $1,000 gas grand prize unless the participant is also a $500 grocery prize winner.
10. Drawing, Facebook Live Announcement & Notification
Monthly drawings will be conducted on the second Friday of the month following the applicable entry period.
The drawing will be conducted live on Facebook, and the winner’s name may be announced publicly during the live drawing or in subsequent promotional posts.
Facebook is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for this promotion in any way.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Facebook is used solely as a platform to conduct the live drawing and share information about the promotion.
Winners will also be contacted directly by phone using the information provided on the entry.
The winner must respond within three (3) days of initial contact to claim the prize.
Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
11. Promotion Integrity & Disqualification
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who attempts to circumvent the rules, submit bulk entries, use false information, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the promotion.
All Sponsor decisions regarding eligibility, interpretation of the rules, and winner selection are final and binding.
12. Publicity
By entering, participants acknowledge that winner names may be publicly announced, including on social media or during a live drawing.
Participation in additional publicity, such as photographs or video appearances, is voluntary.
13. Privacy
Information collected will be used solely for administering the promotion and contacting winners and will not be sold or shared.
14. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity of the promotion.
